Lindsay Embree

I create One-of-a-Kind scarves and silk yardage that I use for various art projects. I am also a printmaker with over 20 years of experience in stone and plate lithography, intaglio and silk screening. All my original designs are hand printed and hand dyed by me.

HOLY KNIGHT Waterless Lithography; Japanese Kurotani Chiri paper; 10.2 x 10.2 cm; 4" x 4"	ATHENA Scarf; 100% Silk Charmeuse, 19 mm; 90 x 90 cm; 35" x 35" Eco-Dyed in New Zealand. The eucalyptus leaves used in this scarf are very rare because, being at the top of the tree, they are normally not accessible. I was lucky to happen upon a tree being severely pruned and was able to gather a number of these leaves for my dye projects.
